Loud isn't even the word. LOUD AS F.CK!!! Is the right choice of words. My boy has them and it sounds like an aircraft carrier going part me! Just invest into some earplugs for your passengers..lol (I have a set for my girl)

Yes.
Very high quality modular system though.
To my ears they sound best with the stock H pipe because it gives a deeper growl.
With an X pipe there is too much buzz for my tastes.
To each his own though!

Sure if you have an off road x they may be just loud and not that deep, but I have an slp catted x and they are pretty mellow. They are only really loud when you get the revs up, oh and when you fire the car up in a garage. I think all of my neighbors hate me whenever I start my car up, especially since I live in an apartment complex and there are a bunch of apartments right above my little garage.
