when it comes to portwork... you generally get what you pay for. Generally, keeping the stock size valves and paying strictly for the porting only the big companies (Fox Lake, VT, etc.) charge around $700 I beleive give or take.

I was strongly considering the P&P on the heads, but I just need to kno whats a good price and what sucks,

Now all i need to do is find a machine shop in SJ that can do my work.

I'd imagine most machine shops would charge around $150 per head, but your not getting the Ford modular experience that the bigger names have, so Im sure the head wouldn't flow as well. Once again you really do get what you pay for.

its not hard with the right tools, only time consuming. a basic cleanup you can do yourself, smoothing the exhaust port and removing casting flaws from the intake and gasket matching both... can't really mess that up. I'd leave the actual real metal removing to someone that knows what their doing, someone that has experience and actually knows porting - as theirs alot more to it than just grinding metal.
