putur left foot on the dash, lean back in the seat
lift your right foot and kick as hard as you can towards the radio while hitting the shifter if that dosent get it out. then i dunno what will

I'm sure I'll be letting you guys know what I think after using them a while. I plan on rebuilding the T-45 this winter so it'll be next summer before an update.

Are you guys sure the syncro's are the problem? sounds to me like the detent ***** in the shift rails are worn and they move just enough to catch the shifter and keep it in gear. Idk just my 2 cents.

Ive always had this problem just have your foot half on the clutch just enough to go in reverse and go back a few feet then press all the way and coast few feet in reverse while disengaged.It should work. This problem used to stress me out alot but now I remember that it does it so I dont ever fully engage in reverse.Problem solved... kinda.

I was dead stuck outside my garage late for work, came inside pissed off to hell, and pondered getting a t56, but this method WORKED GREAT!
