Default 02 GT starter question

Hello there!

I did a little research yesterday, as for my vin#.. there are no recalls. But I do feel this should be covered under warranty. After all, isn't that what it's for? Also considering, I bought it brand new.. and the problem started only after 3 months. I'm sure ifI get a lil pushy about this, I can get it fixed. But dealing with Ford, I'm sure it won't be easy. But, I've also been getting feedback from others complaining about the same thing.. with the 2002. Who knows.. I just want my baby to get fixed!

My car did that one time. It was about two months old and I had run a tank of cheap gas (my mistake) through it. Since then I only run reputable gas and I have never had a problem again. Have you done the same thing? You might check your fuel filter and maybe run a bottle of injector cleaner with a good tank of gas. Could be just a clogged up fuel line.

It's possible.. I haven't always used reputable gas, but I usually go to Mobil or Shell, and I get 87 regular grade. Thanks for the advice, I'm sure I'll do that as well.
