Meguires or Lexol.
Whatever you do DON"T use alcohol because it will remove the natural oil that is present in leather and leave it dry which means it will crack.

Do not use any cleaning agent except a leather cleaner. You will dry out the leather and it will start to crack and then rip.

I have had a lot of luck with Gold Class rich leather conditioner. It will make you leather seats look like new and also puts life back into the leather. Use the cleaner first, then usethe conditioner and then use the cleaner again. After that you can use the cleaner for about 6 months before you will need the conditioner again.

I've heard, and seen, people use the Arm and Hammer "Magic Erasers" to clean the leather and then use a quality leather conditioner (i.e. Meguiars) to condition it.The twoworks wonders and makes the leather look amazing.
