ok guys i need to run a relay for my nitrous but im SOO lost when it comes to relays. it may be simple but i just dont get it. can somone explaine it to me? and what relay do i need? i have a switched 12v that i control with a toggle, and i need to hook that up to power my solinoids, and i need to have a ground coming off my relay so i can use it for my msd window switch. that is the only reason i need this relay is so i can use my msd window switch with it. because im having problems with the zex unit whenever it doesnt have a ground hooked up to it constantly, so i cant run the msd box right to the zex ground.

so basically i need to know what kind of relay i need and how i hook it up.... thanks

86 and 85 are for the coil or control side. 30 and 87 are the switched side. 87a is not used, unless you want something turned off when the nitrous is engaged. You can use any 12v 30 amp relay. Local parts stores have the relay with the mount for $15.
