Default New Stang..routine maintenance

Just bought my first Mustang, now that I am an old 30 yr old man and can afford the insurance. 2000 GT with 70K miles, beautiful car, runs flawlessly. 5 speed manual. I have a moderate amount of knowledge on cars, but just want some opinions on some things I might need to take care of. My thinking is that I have no idea what the previous owner changed and when he changed it, so I figured I'd play it safe and go ahead and replace a few things. cooling system flush, fuel filter, maybe plugs, air filter. On the transmission..what goes into replacing the fluids here? I know on my previous FWD car, it was basically just a small gearbox you drain and refill. Can anyone give me some pointers on the RWD mustang? thanks

Try Bullitarchive.com, there is some great info there on some of the things you listed.
