Default getting my mustang to breathe

Greetings!

I recently purchased a 2004 mustang gt and now i want to get it to breathe. Can i make modifications to the intake and exhaust without damaging my engine? I would like to get a deeper, classier tone from my exhaust; with cold/ram air kits with throttle body upgrades. ANY SUGGESTIONS????

Densecharger CAI, C&L Plenum, 75mm TB (the manufacturer escapes me at this time), BBK LT Headers, BBK X pipe, Borla catbacks.

That sucker will breathe. That'll be my setup anyway based on the advice I was given here.

In the questions I've asked someone showed a link to a dyno where a GT 4.6 SOHC made slightly more power with the 75 mm.

Doesn't the densecharger contain a K&N Filter? Most people don't realize it but K&N filters do reduce the life of your engine because they let larger particels through than a traditional filter.

^ that I don't know.

Here's my thread. There's like 4 people that told me to stick with a 75 mm TB when getting the plenum for optimum power and breathability.

Not too much, but it will take some life off the engine. That said I run a K&N on my stang and my Harley

Here an opinion you might want to read as far as TB go.

I've seen those results about the 75mm, but most will say that for a n/a 2 valve 70mm is all you want to go. I guess it's because you lose air velocity going to big.....but a 75mm would be good for blown applications.
