Default Spacer or no????????????????????

I just ordered some 17x10.5 wheels and Sumitomo 315/35/17 tires for the rear of my car. Am I going to need any spacers or mods to make these fit or will they work fine as they are. My suspension is stock.

Depending on the backspacing, most aftermarkets are the same, they will fit

I"ve heard the 03 cobra's rub in some cases, otherwise all the other 10.5's i have saw fit just fine... Had a buddy run a black cobra r with polished lip from o e wheels and ran the 315's and they fit, but barely cleared the quad shock...
