Quicktime_GT ran a 13.7 with stock gears... Only had exhaust and CAI... Hit those gears and pretend like a 3650 is a t5 and takes only 15 minutes to take out and 50 bucks to fix and you should be fine

They stopped putting t-5's in v8's in 95... The last year of the 5.0.. The 4.6 motors ran a t-45 until 02 i'm thinking...not sure when they switched exactly...then they have a 3650 for the 03-04 cars... I was exagerating about the price... But they are simple and cheap to fix as compared to the newer cars... Also, they take a whopping 30 minutes tops to drop out of the car...

but to the original poster
Hard Fast shifts, and you'll have 13's on a 2.1 60'
I had less mods, and went 13.8 on a 2.0, 13.9 on a 2.1 and 14.0's on crappy 2.2s
In other words, if you're launching even semi decently on some street tires, 13's are WELL within your realm of possibility
