Default mac straight shot idling

I installed the kit, with the battery unpluggled. then i cranked the car and the idling jumped up and down and died, ran fine after that. unplugged battery again, same thing. now every time i crank it when its cold the idling will jump alittle then smooth out. it a 04 gt 5-speed. thanks for any help.

anybody with ideas, it will cut off if i dont tap the gas. when you first crank it it runs fine for 8 to 10 seconds then when the idling comes down it starts jumping and cuts off. if you tap the gas and hold it for about 10 seconds it runs fine.

not sure i never disconnected my batt on my 99 gt when i put in the fenderwell kit in. i notice my idle is higher on initial start up, but i never had a prob.

i was having a prob with my idle w/ the stock intake...thought it was my idle air bypass motor, but when i put the intake in it stopped. hope it helps.

i had the same prob at first, called mac and the guy said to disconnect the sensor then disconnect the battery for at least 3 minutes then put the sensor back in then reconnect the battery and it worked fine but the idol was still a bit high so ended up getting a tune then it was great...you have you diablo so im assuming you used it for that other then that i have no idea why it would still do that, maybe it was tuned wrong? good luck.
