Oh,and if that don't work,clean the IAC and MAF. seems to work for everything else.

Ok sorry about that after 16 hr day i guess I was not thinking right. After the x pipe got installed I noticed that when in 1st or 2nd gear since lower sppeds and quicker harder accel that when i punch the gas reall quick that it almost sound like a bang like something is twisting.Or when turning the wheel all the way to one side and going into a drive way with a incline, It kinda seems like there is metal to metal rubbing.

i'd double check the installation if it only makes that sound when turning..it also sounds like your back firing.

well I orginally thought that your pipe was loose and knocking something... but then you said you hear metal rubbing when you turn your wheels and go up a hill? (i guess in your case your driveway?), Who installed the pipe?
