Default Grinding when i'm slowing down..

So when i'm slowing down, paritucarly about 15mph and to a dead stop, I can hear this grinding noise coming from the rear of the car. It's deep, and almost sounds like it's specifically coming from the right. Also, if I let off the brakes when i'm about to stop, the grind stops as well. It's really bothering me.

I also have a metal on metal scraping noise coming from the rear same side of the car, which i'm chalking up to brakes.

But this grinding noise is bothering me really bad. Could it be a rotor? That's my first guess.

yea def check your brakes, jack up the rear end and pull off the tires, or you should be able to see your rotors pretty well and your pads, and as long as they are off then replace em! thats 9 out of 10 times your prob is just the brakes
