Default Radiator looks like its leaking. Is this a good idea?

Looks like I may have sprung a leak in my radiator...

There is some hissing when I turn the car off...

The light that looks like a moonshine jug is going on and off and I'm loosing water.

There is a slight possibility that the top hose may be at fault, but it more looks like the radiator. Its hard to tell.

Would you guys suggest the following?

Fluidyne Direct Fit Performance Radiator Ford Mustang 1996 Manual Only

$400

That will be a fine rab. for your car. But don't get a used Rad out of another 96 the Rad in 96 are not good and your best bet is to get a 97 up or the Fluidyne like you found

There is a mishimoto on ebay for 240 to your door. Yeah, ricer this and that. Its a significant price difference, looks likea great piece and has had good reviews in the import world. American Muscle is stocking them for 05+ too, maybe they can get you one if you dont like ebay.

I checked out the mishimoto from ebay, and my only concern is that it seems to be specific to 97+ and my car is a 96.

I wonder what the difference with the 96 is?

I have no issue with ebay. I even bought a car off there once.

Honestly, other than illuminating the moonshine light, the crack (and yeah, I check it out, the crack is in the plastic part of the radiator not the hose), the car is running fine. not getting hot, etc...

I just want to get the best fit, because I have use of a shop (after hours) and I'd just pay more to have less issues, and like I said, I don't think its an emergency.

Thanks guys. I'm more leaning towards the Fluidyne...
