Severe front end squeak..

Severe front end squeak..
My wife's 98 GT is making a horrible noise.. It's on the right side, and is when ever she turns the wheel from side to side , or when the car's suspension goes up/down. My guess would be spring bushings, but I'm SURE someone here has had this problem... It's really obnoxious though , not to mention annoying!!!!

i know what you're talking about, only because Acer's 98 GT does the same thing. don't think he knows what it is either. sorry i can't tell what it is. but at least you know you're definately not alone now.

Its the ball joints. Some IDIOT at ford overlooked the Grease-able ball joints so we are faced with buying new ones or living with squeak. I have a 96 GT and I have the same problem. I have priced out some shops around me and most of them want about 150-300 bucks for parts and labor.
