Default 1998 Mustang Gt piston questions

Hello,
I have a 1998 Mustang Saleen. I am looking into buying a supercharger kit for the car. My main focus was on the Vortech v-2 system. This kit produces 75 more horsepower and 100 trq. Will my car handle this power. How strong are the pistons in my car? Thie kit is rated at 7-9 lbs.

Thank you,
Anthony

with a good tune, your car should do just fine!! Pistons aren't too strong in those motors, but that power level shouldn't hurt at all, as long as it is dyno tuned

your car should be able to handle the extra load. most people have had very good success with running low psi like that and getting decent numbers and still long life of their engine. also, its almost like doing the pi head swap, get about 50-60 more hp and never any problems with the motor, so you should be fine
