Default just blew a connecting in a v6

i need to drop a new engine in my 03 conv it was a v6 but i wanna drop a v8 i was wandering am i gonnna need to change my tranny too and what other hardware i might need??

what kind of tranny is in it now? youll need to complete motor, all the wiring, ecu, prob the tranny, proper motor mounts, k member, tranny mount, full exhaust, if you have the 7.5 rear end it would prob be a good idea to get an 8.8. youd prob be better of just buying a GT.
