BTW, there isalmost zero chance a fenderwheel CAI is going to pull water in. You should see where my vortech setup puts the filter... hell the MAF is acutally down inside the fender, and the MAF is sitting almost at the bottom of the car.
Well.... let's at least make it a 1% chance cause it happened to my buddy!
