the original tire height of a 245/45/17 is....25.7 inches tall, according to my math 24.5/2.54 * .45 *2 +17
The 295/30/18 is 25.0 inches tall
The 295/35/18 is 26.1 inches tall
Of course these numbers do reflect actual sizes due to the manufacturers measurements, but they are close enough.
