Default PI Heads and intake 96-98 guys

Hey guys Im new to this posting threads thing and have a 97 GT pretty much stock, got underdrive pulleys, CAI, O-R H pipe, and flows ............just wondering where you got the PI heads and intake and the price you paid for them to be bought and installed....any help would be great. thanks guys.

I got mine off e-bay for 600 bucks.....heads, intake-tb/plenum and fuel rail. I think they cost lost to install....1000 bucks for labor and parts.[:-] Do it yourself and save a butt-load.

how hard was the install.....my uncle is a mechanic so it wouldnt be too much for him to install.

Got my heads and intake for $265 plus shipping off eBay. That is where you will find the best deal. I agree you should definitely do it yourself if you have the time and even a small amount of mechanical ability because it really isn't hard. I'm going to do mine myself as soon as I get the gaskets and other misc parts I'll need. Read this article for a complete explanation of the whole process: CLICK HERE Just keep an eye on eBay for a good deal. A new swap kit will cost you upwards of $1,300.

so basically if I did it myself 2000 for all parts, and if i had in installed it would cost be nearly 3 grand right....thanks for the help guys....glad theres people like you out there that are willing to help a man out.

i paid 400 for my heads cams and intake locally, from the owner of the car they came from.

my setup is complicated, but it cost me aroun 4 grand total, parts and labor.
