i would check to make sure all your CoP's(things ontop the plug) have good connections and that the plugs that go into the cop's are on all the way... also did you change your plugs when you did the swap.

Hello I have a 98 GT mustang got it about a month ago,I notice I had a crack intake so I replace it with an aftermarket Dorman intake,my car now too studders did not do that before,changed fuel filter,off the car cleaning of fuel injectors,new plugs but not wires,nothing fixed it so I took the intake back off for a refund going to buy a ford intake this week and replace the wires,makes me so sick car running great then a stupid leak try to put better parts on the car now this,I payed to much for this car to have to work on it already didnt mind the intake change so much hate the stupid studder.I will let you guys know if the ford intake made a diffrence

Make sure that coolant or water isnt getting into where the spark plugs are. My car spuddered the EXACT same way . . . and then the heads blew up. ..

No water getting into plug holes I pulled all the plugs out no sign of water I almost want to say it was not the intake but maybe the plug wires but to feel better I am going to put on a ford intake the new ones have the aluminum cross over also everything comes in a kit got a buddy at the ford place sales for 509 but he can get it for 340
