how much HP can a stock t-56 hold cuz im looking to push no less than 600 but no more then 700 HP and i wanted to know if i got one from tremac if it could hold the power the motor produces without shredding my tranny...if not i was gonna shoot for a tko or maybe something from MMR...let me know

http://www.ttcautomotive.com/English/products/T-56.asp looks like they are rated mostly rated between 400-450 ft-lb torque. however some groups like Kenne Bell claim they have made 700+ HP cobras with the stock tranny. the new GT500 tranny is a stronger one (i remember reading somewhere it can handle 600 ft-lb) but i dont thank its a T-56 so some custom work would be needed to use it on an sn95 stang.
