Default need help please racing clutch???

i have not stop having issues since i installed the kit by clutchmaster with a stage 4 clutch stage pp and new throw out and pilot bearing. has anybody heard anything of clutchmaster. my trans is stock and also has a steeda adj cable kit. twice i have had to change the cable, the throw out bearing is going bad again for the third time, and the gears are getting harder to get them in. what could i do to fix this??? could it be to much of a clutch for the tranny?

i have a spec 2 cluch in my car im was having the same problems the gears are hard to get in cuz the clutch cable isnt adjusted right which means your clutch is still engaged a certain amount when the petal is pressed in, then i adjusted it to much making it to tight so the throw out bearing was always riding the clutch giving it a shorter life span and now it squeels when its cold

Stage 4? If it's rated anything like spec, then you have a race clutch. Which means BAD for street driving and slow take-offs. If you try to use a race clutch like a street clutch, you will have problems.

Sounds like to me you bought a clutch from a bad company. Mcleod/spec FTW!

If this is what you have, its probably a combination oftoo much clutch for your car and improper adjustment.
