anybody have this tuner? i'm thinking about getting one for myself here but have read stuff about some crap on it only working on 1999+ vehicles, well i have a '96 and would like to figure out if this will hinder alot of the abilities this expensive tuner will give me, or will i be able to tune pretty much anything i want?
