Ok i have a 2003 gt. I bought bassani cats, bassani xpipe, and bassani mid length headers. It will be a while since i cant put the headers on myself, and the cheapest place i found wants to charge like 500$ to put them on. So i was wondering if i could put the x pipe and exhaust on the stock headers. if it would fit

Yes it will fit.

arent the mid length headers longer than stock? If so then the shorter x wont fit up to your stock manifold. If not them Im an idiot...

I thought the bassani x pipe came in the stock length (with detachablepipes infront of the cats). When you switch to the midlengths you remove those pipes and use the midlengths, the extra tubing that comes with the headers and the (now) shorty x.

thanks alot now i can finally put the exhaust and xpipe on in peace. ill post pictures of the progress. as well as the car

As long as your x pipe looks like one of these it will fit. Good luck with the install. The passenger side manifold nuts are a bitch to get off. Soak them in PB blaster for a while before you try to loosen them.
