After my tune at exactly 5,000rpm + it makes a combination of noises such as (popping, crackling, and the "pfffffft" noise you make with your mouth/lips .....and sorta like bouncing off rev limiter ((all at once))). It also fights/struggles to go any higher in rpms after 5,000 with this noise too. What is the problem? How can I fix it?
its your tune and from the sound of it, it sounds like timing.

Amen to the timing post. That sounds like your tune's timing is messed up. Lay off the tune. Timing problems will really screw up your engine's world, especially in the upper band.

Not to point out the obvious but have you tried contacting Brenspeed? Brent and company are usually pretty good about their stuff so it it's their tune that is the issue I'm sure they will correct it for you.

I haven't had a chance to. They were closed by the time I noticed this and I had to work today and didn't have the number. I retarded the timing by 1,2,3 and 4 degrees and it still did it. I Advanced the timing 2 degrees and runs great now. All of those sounds and struggling rpms are gone now. I contacted Brenspeed via email anyway for a list of specifications for the tune they gave me.
