when ever i get on the gas and it climbs the rmps right befor it shift i will let off and the car will make this weried screaching sound could it be my transmision

This is a shot in the dark without hearing the noise frst hand, but change your PCV valve! If it's clogged it can cause your EGR valve vacuum accumulator to starve for air and it will make a screeching sound. usually it's at idle, but all circumstances are diff.
