that sucks what do u think about the new trickflow intake compared to the p-51
Trick flow Sucks BALLZZZ. Not even close to comparison to the Fox Lake. The Trickflow doesn't start making power until 5800rpms. You'll never see that in a GT car! It actually loses a few hp in the 23-2600rpms I believe. All in all it will gain you about 4hp! It's a piece of sh.t.

As far as the broken piece, take pics and talk with Fox Lake and see if he can maybe discount a couple dollars. Do you think you can JB weld it up? The JB weld is alomst the same color as the intake itself!

it also does not fit under the stock hood... with it sitting in place it is 2 inches too tall. lol.
A bud had to go with the Cobra R hood to make it fit

That sucks dude, I expect nothing but perfection when ordering parts... especially something as valuable as the P-51.

Hope you get it solved and fixed ASAP!!!

They are only as good as stock below 2500rpms. The P-51 starts power right about that rom range and doesn't stop! It's a very beneficial intake for N/A applications that run high rpms or for boost that flow lots of air! Def get an Accufab T/B to match with it. You'll see big gains with a tune and dynoed! I had talked to Fox Lake Racing for about an hour one day and he was tellin me if I went with a port and polish with a stage 2 cam and accufab t/b I would see right about 23rwhp gained just by his intake!
