You unplug the IAC to set the free idle without any computer control.

If your TPS is giving you trouble you would throw a code.

Did you replace the TB?

If you did you will need to set the TPS sensor to read .98 - .99 volts when the car is off. Anything over or under will throw codes. You probably throwing codes from you 02s and the TPS if you replaced the TB.

Well you are probably throwing the codes because of the o/r h-pipe. The TPS may not have anything to do with it. If the car idles and drives without cutting out it's not your TPS. The lean condition may also be a sign that there are other problems.

What are the codes you are throwing? (P####)

i just put the exhaust on not to long ago but the car has been running like this for a few months and im getten sick of it,it idle up and down and now when it drops rpms it almost kills the engine.
all four 02 are reading somethin two of them are sayen a lean conditions, the other two say low voltage. ok it all started when a code was throw for an 02 so i replaced and then an other 02 code was throw from an different 02 but never fix the problem with the 02s, so there is somethin wrong here.so i got 2 new 02 senors on there but still readin something

Well you need real O2s for the front ports and MIL for the rears with an O/R pipe. That will solve the issue of your O2 codes. Don't get cheap splice in ones. A set of good MILs will run you about 80bucks.

The CEl light makes the car run in a safe mode depending on the code.

Try changing to the MILs and see how it does. If you still have the issue the look at the idle contol.
