Just curious what the advantges of a intake spacer would provide with a cold air kits and 70mm plenum. Is it worth the $30.00+ ?

I didnt buy it at the Fun FORD weekend here in NH. The guy from Steeda tried it on me, but i said no. He told me 20 bucks, i said no. lol. Now here i am buying one for 30 bunx, only because there is a tapped hole in it, for my nitrous.

If you have a after market plenum you don't need a spacer because the plenum is already higher.

Increasing the runner length in your intake manifold. Like adding a spacer for instance. Is ment to increase torque. The spacer may give you a few more ft. lbs. but you may be losing a few horsepower at the same time.
