So i want the weight savings of a tubular k member but do I have to change over to a coil over suspension in the fron to do so? If this is the case would I need to buy it as a kit...such as the UPR kit...or could I buy eibach coilovers or something like that? Also does anyone kno if the upr tubular front suspension kit is any good?

ive been looking at k members myself. ive heard of some people needing header clearance, so they just replaced the k member and not the a arms. i want the clearance and the weight saving, so im going with a kit that comes with everything. i thought i was going to go with the upr kit. it looks cool and its cheap. but ive heard that its not that good. im going to save my money and buy the maximum motorsports kit. i think its the best. its just really expensive.

It is possible to do the k member and A arms without doing coil overs. Just make sure you get new A arms with stock spring perches.
