Bit by the snake

I was at a crossroads with my 02 GT vert I got to 13.50 and needed a rollbar to go any quicker. Been looking for an 03 Cobra for a few months every time I find one its sold when I call. Found this one with everthing done and its perfect, I cant wait to get some tires on it and get to the strip. It sure cant do much on the street, absolutely no traction in any gear, I cant beat anybody this thing blows the tires off at 60 mph. When I heard that supercharger whistle it was all over.

Were you suppose to post a link or pics or something because it seems as if you are describing it as we are looking at it or something.

Why do you need a roll bar with a 13.50 pass? NHRA or IHRA rules state 11.99 or faster requires a roll bar.

Congrats. I'm waiting to hear from the dealer on two cobras. Hopefully I'll be a cobra owner soon.

JD, I dont know what you are talking about linc or pics, sorry that made no sense to me. Safety regulations at every IHRA track at require a 6 point cage if you go below 13.50 in a vert. Both NHRA and IHRA currently require a roll bar below 12.00 but that rule has been relaxed due to the stock Cobras being so fast- details will be published soon.
