changed my mind about 410's
i was going to do a street strip set up and get some 410's to get off the line but after doing some thinking and the fact that i drive from vegas to los angeles alot i decided not to due to milage and not wanting to drive that far on the lowend...i decided to go with a high end rpm set up so im getting a cam that has a high end power range. anyone know what my stock gears are and any advice on what gears to get or if they are fine for what im looking for? anyone else have any idea for high end power?? thanks.

most good cams require a gear upgrade of at least 3.73. a very mild cam will be ok with stock gears.
get the 4.10's, you wont see a big drop difference in mpg if at all.

If you have an 04 and it's a standard you'll have a 3650 trans.
With 3650 in 5th stock diameter tires
3.73 = 2118.8RPM @ 70MPH
3.90 = 2215.4RPM @ 70MPH
4.10 = 2329.0RPM @ 70MPH
The 210.2 RPM's more on the highway wont kill you
Check out this program, it'll tell you what rpm's you will turn with different tire sizes and transmissions. It's pretty cool
