Default PI heads

I have only owned my Mustang GT for a short time now and know this is probably a stupid question, but, What are PI heads??? and the difference in what I have

If you have an 03, you have the PI heads already.

Someone with a little more knowledge can help here but the some differences are: Cams used (pi vs non-pi cams), intake/exaust cfm, and runners.
