Default PI HEAD Q

I know there is way to many posts about pi heads but i couldnt find any info on the differences between romeo and windsor pi castings i have a 96 gt and am doing the pi swap this winter im have a stage 2 port and polish done on the heads and upper and lowerintakes but im not sure wich casting i want to start with Help PLEASE also need to know what cams to go with stage 1/2 and what company

The combustion chambers, port designs and stock cams are the same. The major differences are bolt on cam gears for Romeos and press on for windsors. I guess you could say the bolt ons are better (if for some reason you ever had to remove the gear). And, Romeo heads have cam girdles instead of individual caps--which doesn't make a difference performance wise either. Just pick the best condition lowest price PI heads you can find and start from there.
