WTF is the difference between the 2? Any difference... (if there is indeed such a thing as "deluxe" and "premium") is ONLY cosmetic... leather seats, etc.... the only real upgrade would be a Mach 1000 stereo system.... though there are a few select lucky's out there that have the infamous cargo net above the rearview mirror!

the only things i recognize as seperating them are leather seats and the mach stereo. my 97 has both, and things may have changes from my body style to the newer one you are looking at. but other than that, i dont know of any other options that realymake it any different. I would say its all aesthetic though and not to worry about it. unless u are trying to catch the seller in a lie trying to jump their price tag by claiming it to be "premium"
