Man.... You guys are harsh on hood pins. LOL!!
My buddies would laugh me out of a parking lot if I showed up with those stick on hood pin appearance kits.
I personally love them for the muscle car feel with look I'm going for, I feel them appropriot, so I want to put them on my car.

That link shows a good,clean install,but the grommet does hang over the front of the radiator support.That would be at least a ten point reduction at any car show.Since you are only doing the hood pin installation for looks,this will be something to look out for.
Poorly fitting accessories are a strict NO NO!!!!!
SinceI noticed it,so won't any competent car show judge.
If it don't look like the factory put it,on you f%#^*d it up.
This goes for any stickers too!!!!!
