Default injectors, timing, MAF

so the guy that owned the car before me did some work to the car before i got it but could not remember all he did. (we had to move six cars to get this one out) so i went to my friends house and he has a scanner for his small used car busniess. It said that my timing was advanced 17 degrees which i know but it also said my injectors were 38lbs is this stock size? they have orange stickers on the top of them. Also how do i figure out the size of my mass airflow sensor? his machinemeasured howmuch FT lbs. of air but i was currious to find out the size. Thanks ahead of time guys

oh yeah are these devices trust worthy? his is a few years old and payed around 500 for it

sounds like it has a chip on it and it may have been boosted in the past with that size of injectors... the stock size is 19lbs to my understanding.

yeah im pretty sure it was boosted in the past due to the mods that he did do all seem to be ones that really help with being boosted or are a must for being boosted. Are these machines accurate and is their a way i can tell if it has a chip? Also is their a tunner i could get that would be accurate in these readings. I plan on getting a S/C over the winter but if i already have parts i might just do the build your own kit for 1500 that i saw on a thread. Can i tell about my fuel pump without dropping the tank? thanks guys
