It may sound trivial but did you install it on the proper side of the engine ? Cause that a vacume leak./

i already disconnected the battery and let it sit. and yes i installed it on the correct side. but i removed itand the idle was fixed.. i'll start a new thread for running lean

Is your w/o sep a vented type or non vented? It should be non-vented.
