Its not really bad its just that over time it may cause some type of damage to things like transmission lines and valves. The stock tranny internals really arent built for that, thats why you replace those parts with a shift kit.

true, but some people say shift kits kill your tranny and that making the shift firmness strong with the SCT handheld is just as good. is that true? correct me if im wrong. Thanks
