How do I tell if I have a different rear end gear??
Hey guys I just bought an 03 GT 5-speed and I know the guy that hauls the cars for the dealership I bought it from and he seems to think it has a gear in it. Is there any way to tell by the rpms at a certain speed in a certain gear? For example its about 2000 rpms at 35 mph in 3rd gear. What should it be stock? Thanks for any help that could be provided!

Well thats good to hear actually because it is extremely faster than my 02 gt auto. I mean this car is completely stock besides the rims and flowmasters....Can't wait to see what it would do with a gear in it! Thanks for the help.

well the guy I know has an 03 cobra with 450+ to the wheels and he thinks it picks up very fast for a stock GT anything that would explain that??

Huum.... the only other thing I can think of, which would be a long shot, is god himself has tuned your car. BUT that seems a little bit unlikely.
