You get what you pay for! If you buy from RPM outlet, make sure they send you the right product. I bought my tuner from them with no problem, but several other members have had some issues with them sending the wrong product.

anyways it took 2 freakin weeeks to get this damn thing. rpm sent it to the wrong adresss...... no one picked up the damn phones foreever. i would never buy anyting from them again.

I have their 75mm setup and love it. Their shipping only took about 4 days, got it within the same week. Works great, was able to get the whole throttle cable slack taken up as well.

I was one of those that bought from RPMoutlet and lived to regret it. I ordered the Professional Products 75mm TB/Plenum for $229.99. They sent me the setup you're looking at and charged me $229.99. They told me they substituted products because what I ordered was out of stock. Apparently, they forgot to substitite the price. I asked when they could ship what I ordered and they told me they didn't know. They would ship it when they got it. They are nearly impossible to reach by phone andmake returns difficult. They twice told me they would send a return authorization. None came. I finally had to go through their web site to get one. They refuse to accept delivery of the returned part the first time. Paperwork was not on the outside of the package. Make sure you go to their terms and conditions page and read it carefully. Unless it has changed, its no returns after 15 days, no refunds only credit on account,and they charge a fee if you cancel a backorder item. I personnally cannot recommend them to anyone. So if you order from them, you are ordering at your own risk.

Anyone know any stores they would recommend ordering from? i found APD performance, American muscle which ive ordered from previously and had no problems and service was great.
