Enging shut off

RE: Enging shut off
You're probably just not pushing the clutch down all the way. I've caught myself doing the same thing a couple of times myself. If it keeps doing it though you might want to have someone look at it.

RE: Enging shut off
I had a 2000 gt and it would shut off also, usually when slowing down at a red light. This happened abot 5 or 6 times then Ford finially sent an engineer from Kansas City to come down and put some type of computer to record engine info. But go figure it did not do it when the computer was on the car. So after i pulled all my hair out i finially traded the POS in. I went as far as the Ford Arbitration Board to see if they would give me a new car but rejected my claim because of the lack of proof. The dealrship could not find anything wrong with the car. I think they did not try very hard since it didn't do it when the car was with them. Good luck and if you find the problem i want to know.
