+1 on carb motor but the biggest gains are normaly the Philonic (sp) spacers on aluminum intakes and carb motors.

LOL the guy above me admitted to having a TB spacer LOL. It funny how companys get people to buy things like TB spacers, Plenum spacers and Colder thermostats. Those are all old tricks to do on a carb engine but do nothing on a fuel injected engine. Oh let me add that EGR restrictor to the list of things companys sucker unknowing people into buying.

By the way get the turbonator, it really does work
turbonator + electic supercharger man...thats like 80 horsepower for 100 bucks

the spacers are used on carbeurated motors because it does something with those...i dont know anything about carbd motors but it does NOTIHNG for a fuel injected. ive actually heard it can decrease HP from causing more turbulence in the TB/plen.
all the spacer does it gives the air n fuel more time to mix so it burns better.

I too was suckered into buying a spacer but it wasn't a bank breaker at 75$ - if you do want to install the brackets just offset the linkage an inch to match the spacer - simple screw in attachment,
