Default Whats needed for Tune Up?

Hey my car has been sitting for the past couple months. Idk if i just dont remember right or if im in need of a tune up, but the car seems to idle really high when i start the car, like 1500+ and it stays there. I thought i remembered it 1000 and below. Anyways i was planning on doing a tune up. Whats all involved. Clean Air filter. Change oil and filter. Spark plugs(what kind and what gap). Check fluids. Bleed brakes possibly. Maybe fuel filter? Any suggestions/ additions? I was also maybe thinking about seafoaming it before all of this. Is that a good idea?

Oil filter, oil change, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, if you want to go as far as trans fluid change, coolent change, rear diff oil change you can. But if your car is abnormaly idling at 1500+ I think you have more issues that a tune up will fix. Try cleaning you IAC.

Oh as far as plugs go, I just use the stockers, those cheapy motocraft ones, they come pre gapped so you shouldnt have to do that.

I just clean my sparkplugs I have a lathe with special steel wool heads for polishing metals and it works like a charm! but stocker sparkplugs are good enough. imo!
