Default EGR delete

Will an EGR delete affect MPG? If so, good or bad? Someone posted on this a few days ago and I found some intresting stuff in the search engine BUT nothing from anyone claiming better or worse MPG. So, has anyone noticed a difference?

I get 27.6 mpg so I figure I've got some wiggle room anyway!

HAHAHAHA. Does your mustang get 27.6 mpg while idling and being towed? Its next to impossible for a mustang to get 27.6 mpg, so whatever way you're calculating it you might want to find a new way.

that is really good MPG. I have gotten 24.X one time on a trip to florida, but it was 95% interstate. I do have 4.10's though.

Are you high? the 4.6 is a very efficient motor. 27.6MPG is achievable on the highway. My '04 Crown Victoria sees around 25,while my GT gets around 21.
