Default What kind of vacume should I have at idle?

My vacume/boost gauge is only reading like 3-4hg (or whatever its measurement is) at idle. It reads boost just fine. What's the deal? I've got it T'd into the red vacume hose at the throttle body. I've seen cars with 15-20at idle. Does anyone know why mines so low? Is it my cams or does that have any effect?

You should deffinitely have more than 4 inches of vac. Even with a pretty agressive cam you should see 13-15 inches at idle.
