what color wire do i use to connect a air fuel ratio gauge in a 96 cobra?

if its a wide band take the power connection for the gauge andboxand hook it to a wire that is hot when the ignition is keyed forward. I used one in the console by the shifter. I think it was the cigarrete lighter one. get a little light to test which wires are hot. MAKE sure you get a good ground or your readings will be funky. ask me how i know lol.
