is there anyway i can put my lts on the 5.4 or do i just have to deal with the factory headers i know i have to modify the h pipe and something with the oil pressure sensor is there any sites with a article about it
There is absolutely no way to get 4.6 LT headers to fit with a 5.4. I spent an entire night trying and that was with a tubular k member.[:@] It's not even close. I ended up just making my own with a tubing kit from summit. I would just go with shorties if you can't get custom ones.... at least they look better then stock manifolds.

I don't have a write up but I did the swap and I can try to answer some questions if you have them.

How are you getting the the lightning lower to work with the cobra upper? Do you have a link or previous thread? I'm really interested!

I'm having a plate machined to the contour of the lightning lower and then I'm going to bolt the cobra upper to it.
