i bought a set of NGK v-power sparkplugs tr55s the other day. are these the good ones people were talking about?

yea, they're good plugs,,

they should be pregapped, but of course, like with many things I would double check them to begin with before installing them into the car

i enjoyed mine *when i replaced them, they really need it, car was suggish down low*

then, along came the bent plug issues, blown out plug, and bent valve..

all not related to NGK plugs however .

pre gapped? i dont think they are. the gap is smaller then my old plugs. ihavent found my gapper yet. :P

all 10 that i've bought were gapped at .054

oh. i really dont think they are gapped out that far. do you think they need to be changed? they only have 80000 on the original plugs.

yea 80000 is alot on factory plugs. there only factory if they have a paint mark on the top of them

yeah they got alittle paint mark on top of them, and say motorcraft platinums. The car has around 78000.
